Shopify Store Manager

We are looking for a Shopify Store Manager to handle the daily operations, optimization, and growth of our Shopify store. The ideal candidate has experience in e-commerce management, product listings, marketing strategies, and order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the Shopify store, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

• Optimize product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing for better conversions.

• Implement SEO best practices to improve organic traffic.

• Handle inventory management, order processing, and supplier coordination.

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns (email, social media, and paid ads).

• Monitor store performance, analyze sales data, and suggest improvements.

• Manage discounts, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.

• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints professionally.

• Keep the website updated with new products, banners, and content.

• Ensure website speed, performance, and mobile responsiveness.

Requirements:

✅ Proven experience managing a Shopify store or e-commerce business.
✅ Knowledge of Shopify themes, apps, and customizations.
✅ Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and conversion tracking.
✅ Strong understanding of SEO, PPC advertising, and email marketing.
✅ Familiarity with dropshipping, print-on-demand, or wholesale business models.
✅ Ability to troubleshoot Shopify technical issues and coordinate with developers.
✅ Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Shopify Plus, subscription models, or multi-channel selling.

• Knowledge of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and influencer collaborations.

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for Shopify theme customizations.
